Try Chugg Reviews

Light, refreshing texture instead of a thick shake.

Easy to mix with water in a bottle; no blender needed.

20g whey protein per serving.

0g sugar and low-calorie positioning on the site.

Uses whey protein isolate, which the site says is ultra-filtered and removes much of the lactose, fat, and carbs.

Marketed as easy to digest and less bloating than traditional protein shakes.

The site is clearly marketing-focused, so claims like “no bloat” and “faster absorbing” are not independently verified here.

It appears to be a whey-based product, so it may still be unsuitable for people who avoid dairy or have severe milk-protein issues.

The flavor profile is fruity/juice-like, which may be a downside if you want a classic creamy protein shake.
